Health BenefitsPMG offers a group insurance program that far exceeds what our competitors are able to offer their employees.
- Health Insurance — PMG makes health insurance available to our full time team members and their dependants. The best part: PMG pays a substantial portion of the premiums, and in some cases this may represent up to 70% of the team member’s monthly health insurance cost. Also, team members who enroll in the health insurance program automatically receive a life insurance policy at no cost. It’s paid for completely by PMG.
- Dental Insurance — Dental insurance is also made available to our full time team members and their dependants at very reasonable premiums. Our dental provider is Sun Life.
- Vision Insurance — Our full time team members also enjoy the benefit of vision insurance through EyeMed, also at extremely low rates.
- Short Term Disability —Core short term disability will replace 40% of your pay should you not be able to work because of a temporary medical condition. PMG pays 100% of this premium for our full time team members.
- Long Term Disability — PMG pays 100% of this premium for many of our team members as well.
- Voluntary Life Insurance — Voluntary life insurance is also available to be purchased by all full time team members for themselves and/or dependants.
401k
Another valuable benefit offered by PMG is a fully IRS qualified 401k plan. The Park Management Group 401k Savings Plan allows team members who work at least 1,000 hours per year, who are at least 21 years old, and who have been with PMG for at least 6 months the opportunity to set tax deferred dollars aside for retirement. The team member decides how much they want withheld from each pay check (before taxes) and how they want that money to be invested. PMG will in turn match the first 3% of that deferral dollar for dollar and the next 2% 50 cents on every dollar. Another great feature of this plan is its two year vesting schedule. Of course remember, past results are no indicator of future returns.
Bonus Program
The PMG Bonus Program is one of the most rewarding and innovative features of our benefits package. Few, if any, other hotel companies offer this type of QUARTERLY paid bonus plan to ALL 2,400+ PMG team members (both hourly and salaried AND both full time and part time positions) based upon a combination of quality and financial results for each quarter that a team member is fully employed and remains in good standing..
Paid Time Off
Full time team members start earning paid time off from the first day they are part of the team. Each eligible hourly team member can earn up to 8 days PTO in their first year, and salaried team members up to 13 days.
Paid Holidays
PMG recognizes six paid holidays each year. Full time team members who do not work on a paid holiday receive 8 hours holiday pay anyway. If they do work they get paid their regular pay, plus 8 hours of holiday pay.
Team Member Discount
Another great benefit of working at PMG is our Team Member Discount. This program gives you the ability to stay at any of the 153 PMG owned hotels for only $30 per night plus tax and incidentals. This includes hotels located in 17 states and some great destinations like Las Vegas, Orlando, and Atlanta.
