Everyone has their own reasons for joining a new team, but there's typically one reason they choose to stay: the team's culture. What's culture? It's that "feeling" that you're at home; where you belong. It's the qualities of the team that you feel match your own. So what is our culture? Park Management Group is an exciting, high-energy, fast-paced, and fun team that believes in:
- Extreme Communications — The company e-newsletter "Top of the Day" goes out to every associate in the company every business day in English and in Spanish. The TOD communicates important company information, tells sales success stories, praises operational and quality excellence, and has lots and lots of pictures of PMG team members.
- Alignment of Interests — Regardless of your job title or work location you share in the successes of every other team member throughout the entire organization. A great example of this philosophy is the Quarterly Bonus Program. Every associate who has completed there initial 90 days, and who is in good standing, is eligible to participate in the bonus program that financially rewards quality and performance. This even applies to part-time team members. Wow!!
- Accountability — A team is a group of people who hold each other accountable for doing their part to accomplish a common goal. PMG believes in this principle and in making sure that every associate in the company has access to have their voice heard. The Open Door Policy is a way to express concerns as well as congratulations in an organized fashion without fear of reprisal or retaliation.
- Rewards Based Upon Merit — At PMG we believe opportunity, pay, and perks are not given but earned. Those team members who are attentive, reliable, ethical, hard working, and productive will find that rewards are plentiful and opportunity abounds.
