Aubbrey Lindsay — General Manager, Jameson Inn Kingsport, TN
In June 2002 I applied for the Assistant Manager position at the Jameson Inn Kingsport, but the position wasn't available. There was a spot in housekeeping, so I took it and cross trained at the front desk. An AGM position did open up several months down the road and I held that position for four years, learning as much as possible. In 2006, the greatest opportunity of my career came when I was offered the General Manager position. I like working at PMG because the management team knows each employee as an individual and you get recognition for your achievements. Whether it is a perfect shop call, great sales story or receiving a great score on your QPR Inspection.
