My career with PMG started in 2004 as a Front Desk Associate, I was fortunate to be promoted within a few months to a Front Desk Supervisor. As a Front Desk Associate I was empowered to make decisions in order to provide our guests with the best customer care, then as a Supervisor it was my turn to empower and motivate my coworkers to be the best team in the industry. Then as General Manager of the Orlando-Disney property I lead this property in receiving either the Quality Excellence Award or President's Quality Award every quarter. In July 2009, I was given a new challenge by being promoted to Group Manager overseeing three (3) properties in the Orlando/Lakeland area.
